they summarize whats whenever they are not about whys. They ascertain more about what
things are with a commonplace.

Set a clear research obj up & info req'd for analysis UP FRONT is key when
writing an effective survey. Too many follow templates w/o tailoring to needs.

Don't personally use them but I assume they are valuable to people who try to sell us
more stuff.
