ooh, maybe i'm a sucker but i find it much better than gatorade, etc. the xxx is
GREAT - doesn't stick in your throat like other sports drinks! XXX is my fav

We were doing fine without it 20 years ago. So I wouldn't miss it. Just drink regular
water.
