Nice relaxed city, nice scenery, can choose to go skiing and get to the slopes within 30 minutes, great
waterfront, good restaurants, only downside is rain.

The #1 loyalty card in Canada, really easy to collect points from different merchants. It may take long to
save enough points but you can redeem small items.

Once you get hooked you have to keep flying with them. Redeeming points is not that bad. Access to the lounge
and priority seating/boarding are nice extras.

Torontonians love this airline as it is quick hop to the Island Airport. Apparently, the processing and
waiting time is so much less and service is great.

Canadians also need an alternative airline. Their commitment to service is great and now they fly to more
cities incl US. Employees own shares and make it work.
